Why settle for the average or mundane. At Brigadoon Brewery and Brew School we believe that your event deserves the very best.
With that in mind we offer several special services to help make your event the most memorable. Starting with custom labels for the beverages served, your guests will realize that they are attending something special. But why stop there, why not brew your own special beverage to serve.
Don’t own your own brewery? Don’t know how to brew? Let us assist you through each step from selecting a recipe through bottling and labeling of your special beverage. Our staff will design a special session where you and your special guest will brew your selection from scratch. This is an excellent time for attendees to get to know each other and bond.

What can you expect?
During the interview you will be offered a list of options available and an opportunity to request any item not on our current options list (we are always open to new ideas).
At the very least you will pick a recipe , the type of brew session , who will attend, a location to brew at and a date to brew. Then sit back and relax, we will handle the rest.
On brew day we will arrive prior to the scheduled brew session to setup and will remain to guide you and your guest through each of the steps of the brewing process.
Each session last approximately 4 hours (depending on the options that you have chosen) during which you and your guests gain hands on experience in brewing your own beverage. You will also begin to choose a name for your brew and possible label ideas. There will be time to talk, play a few games and talk about your brew and other examples of the style you have chosen to brew.

- All ingredients (vary with recipe)
- Brew Day Equipment (hardware needed)
- Beginning Brew Kit (Primary and Secondary Fermenters, Bottle Capper and Caps, Beginners Book. Yours to keep.)
- Personnel Brewmaster (for the session
- Basic Labels (With your brew name)
- Follow up help (for after the session should you have questions.)
- One Brewery T-Shirt and One Brewery Mug
