Well the 2011 Texas Renaissance Festival has come an gone and we want to thank everyone who visited our booth. Thanks you we had are best season yet. 	New for 2011! You asked for it we hear. We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our Brewmaster's Breakfast Club to include Saturdays. This means you will have two days to enjoy great company and expand your beer knowledge. More info.
		Behind the Scenes Tour Step behind the rail and tour the brewery. This 15 to 30 minute tour will lead you through the steps required to brew a traditional ale. The tour will end in our tasting/class room where you can enjoy a pint of whats on tap.
