The Brigadoon Brewery & Brew Schools mission is to educate the masses to the history of beer and how to make it. Listed below are several offerings to help the individual gain a better understand ing of beer. Brewmaster for a DayAlways wanted to be a brewmaster? Join us for a 4 hour session and live your dream at the TExas Renaissance Festival and brew a batch of beer. Click here to see our Brewmaster for a Day Hall of Fame. |

Brewmaster's Breakfast ClubThe B.B.C. will disuse the special ale that was brewed for the weekend, styles, techniques, ingredients, beer from around the world and of course sample the brew that is currently on tap. |

Behind the Scenes TourStep behind the rail and tour the brewery. This 15 to 30 tour will lead you through the steps required to brew a traditional ale. The tour will end in our tasting/class room where you can enjoy a pint of whats on tap. |
