Brigadoon Brewery & Brew School is currently accepting applications for the 2010 season for the following positions:

Sales and Parade Info / Application

Apprentice Brewer Info / Application

No experience is required but having worked a fair before is preferred.

*You must be able to work all eight weeks (Oct 9th - Nov. 28th 2010) and attend a dress rehearsal/training on Saturday Oct. 2, 2010. Please read the Info packet for each position before applying for the position.

ALZ Enterprises is a family owned and operated company. The experience and knowledge of our family is reflected in our three divisions. These divisions are Fair Fun, Consulting and Web site Development and Hosting. These divisions over lap and support each other.

Fair Fun Division:

Currently our Fair Fun Division supports and operates Brigadoon Brewery & Brew School. This booth has its home fair set as The Texas Renaissance Festival.

Consulting Division:

Our Consulting division consults on education and technology related topic. This division not only operates on it own but it supports our other two division. It is the Consulting division that provides our educational services for the Brigadoon Brewery and Brew School.

Web Division:

The Web Division builds and host web sites for our other two divisions as well as offers the same services to outside individuals and companies.

Employment:

All of our divisions hire outside the family and encourage interested individuals to contact the employment division. ALZ Enterprises hires full time, part time and contract labor. if you have the desire to work in a fast pasted environment and enjoy bringing happiness to others then drop us a line.
