Brigadoon Brewery & Brew School has no active recruitments underway at this time and we have filled our crew for the 2008 Texas Renaissance.
We are an innovative, growing company, however so we are always interested in talking with exceptionally talented people — as sometimes the "right" person creates the position.

ALZ Enterprises is a family owned and operated company. The experience and knowledge of our family is reflected in our three divisions. These divisions are Fair Fun, Consulting and Web site Development and Hosting. These divisions over lap and support each other.
Fair Fun Division:
Currently our Fair Fun Division supports and operates Pixie Craft and Brigadoon Brewery & Brew School. Both of these booths have their home fair set as The Texas Renaissance Festival. The Fair Division is always looking for individuals with renaissance or fair experience. The Brigadoon Brew & Brew School is currently taking applications for the position of Apprentice Brewer.
Consulting Division
Our Consulting division consults on education and technology related topic. This division not only operates on it own but it supports our other two division. It is the Consulting division that provides our educational services for the Brigadoon Brewery and Brew School.
Web Division:
The Web Division builds and host web sites for our other two divisions as well as offers the same services to outside individuals and companies.
Employment:
All of our divisions hire outside the family and encourage interested individuals to contact the employment division.
