....Beer 101

This class would be 45 min to an hour class taught by brewery staff.  Participants will receive short introduction to the brewery and its function followed by an instructor lead class which teaches the different parts of and the correct method to taste beer.  All participants receive: 1 color card, 1 2 oz glass tasting glass, 1 lab sheet, instruction sheet and small sample of Brigadoon Brewery Ale.
