Once and a while we stumble across person who is a dimond in the rough. Chris is such a person. She came to us at the end of the 2009 season and asked if she could do a project on the brewery. As a business that sells education and believes in higher education we felt obligated to say yes.

After seeing her work we are happy that we did. Chris has captured the essence of the brewery and produced a great little short feature. Please take the time to view her work and if your in need of a great journalist who is on her way up then Chris is your girl.

We are happy to add that Chris returned to the brewery again in 2010 with her family. After spending some time with us we asked and Chris said yes. With this we are happy to announce that Chris has joined our extended family.

Hi. I'm Chris.

I'm from Texas. I love photography, journalism and photojournalism.

I graduated from the University of Missouri this May with a Bachelor of Journalism degree and a Spanish minor. This summer, I was the photo intern at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Currently I'm in Houston, Texas, and available for freelance work. Previously,I was the sports photo editor at The Columbia Missourian. I've interned at Washington Post Digital, and have worked in Missouri as a state politics reporter, photo editor, photographer and page designer.

Photography has been my passion since my first summer working at Philmont Scout Ranch in 2006. Whether I'm photographing a wedding, completing daily newspaper assignments or working on a long-term editorial project, I always strive to exceed expectations and treat all coworkers, supervisors, clients and subjects with the utmost professionalism, dignity and honesty. You can count on me to deliver above and beyond on any project.
