Taevas (BBA RIS), Vallensons' Brewing Pearland, TX In all fairness I had this at the taproom so it was very fresh, well if a barrel aged beer can be fresh. I have put a can up to age for future science. This beer has a very similar flavor profile as Black Plague Ale which it should since both are Russian Imperial Stout. Taevas has a rich, intense complex flavors & an aggressive hop profile with a warming dry finish. It's complex malt profile includes many roasted and chocolate malts. To top it off it was aged for serveral months in Garrison Brother Bourban Barrels. It has a low carbonation level. If you like barrel aged beer then this is one to try. This would be a great fireside beer before bed. Russian Imperial Stout Barrel Aged 13.3% 80   4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 4.9 Pic
Logger Bier, Sigma Houston, TX Good carbonation,  good clarity.  Not a true German flavor but still a great beer. Good summer beer. German Style Pils 4.9%     4 4 4.2 4.1 4.2 4.1 Pic

Stricker IPA

Copper Head

Conroe Texas Good color and good carbonation. The trio of Citra, Columbus and Apollo hops create a dank, resinous, tropical and citrus flavor. Light bodied with a crisp malt base lets the hops shine. I am not a fan of Appolo hops but it is well done IPA 7% 80   4 4 4 4 4 4 Pic
Conserveza, Freetail Brewing San Antonio, TX Crisp flavor great carbonation.  Has that Mexican Soap taste which in this sytle of beer is not a bad thing. Nice Mexican lager Mexican Lager 4.9% 20   4 4 4 4 4 4 Pic
Bobby Dazzler, Platypus Brewing Houston, TX  Good carbonation, good color. Crisp taste but leaves a strange but not bad after taste. Uses local Houston honey and Australian Topaz hops. Blonde ALe 4.7%     4 4 4 3.8 4 3.96 Pic
