Apprentice (a time honored method)

Brigadoon Brewery & Brew School offers a unique opportunity to learn how to brew
beer in a 15th century atmosphere. Our apprentice program is believed to be a one of a
kind program which takes place at the Texas Renaissance Festival, the larges renaissance festival in the United States.

During the eight weekends of the fair, apprentices are exposed to all aspects of brewing
using 15th and 16th century techniques and experience what it means to work at a
renaissance festival. Beginning in 2011 our program will be expanded to include modern brewing techniques and equipment.
